I can only imagine what employees go through.
It was such a waste of time, I wish I could sue. I would highly recommend waiting it out before taking this company seriously for an interview. She didn't even have the decency to contact me herself and had her assistant basically text me that they chose another candidate. The head of the department acted as if my experience was stellar just to hold it against me when making her final decision (which she had already known but just strung me along for an extra 5 days).
4 of the assessments were not even company sponsored, she reached out to an old friend to conduct them on the weekend. I had to take 8 assessments totaling over 550 questions. I was advised that the process was 3 interviews and then a decision would be made. 6 rounds of interviews including a meeting with the CEO who was reading a book the entire time. I was contacted in late January for an opening they had.
